Heavy-duty racks, also known as beam racks, pallet racks or tray racks, are one of the most commonly used heavy-duty storage racks. They feature high load-bearing capacity, a wide range of adaptable heights, mechanical access, and high picking efficiency, but generally have an average space utilization rate. They can store a wide variety of items. When combined with pallets and various accessories, they can solve the access problems of most materials.
Access machinery includes: counterbalanced forklifts, reach trucks, stackers, etc.
Structure of Heavy-duty Partition Shelves
Ø Heavy-duty shelves are composed of columns, horizontal and diagonal supports, beams, etc.
Ø The front and rear columns as well as the horizontal and diagonal supports are connected by bolts to form column groups.
Ø There are specially designed and formed connection structures at both ends of the beams for connection with the columns.
Ø Safety pins are installed at the connection points between the beams and the columns to prevent the beams from falling off.
Ø Two groups of column groups are connected by multiple layers of beams to form a complete shelf.
Ø Pallets and the goods they carry are placed on two beams.
Ø The bottoms of the columns are connected to the ground through base plates and expansion screws to enhance stability.
Ø Surface treatment: pickling, phosphating, and fully automatic powder spraying.
